Hello

Hi, my name is Joey Hayes and I am originally from Columbus, Ohio. I went to Capital University, and went on to get a Master's in Sport Management at The Ohio State University. I have been in Southwest Florida since 2007 and have been a Health & Fitness Professional for over 23 years. 

I am also now a content creator, meditation writer, and voice over.  My message is that the power is within you and "going within" is the true key to health, happiness, and healing.
